This web-site is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience. These terms and conditions are those applicable to buyers on our website. Additional T’s and C’s apply to sellers which are those given to people applying to sell when they open a seller’s account. Beezra takes step to ensure that sellers offer good quality merchandise and that they offer a good service to you, our site visitors. We are determined that sellers cannot and will not sell fakes or products which are significantly different to descriptions and photos posted. If you as a buyer on our site buy an item from a seller which gives cause for concern, then please ask for our help. Ultimately, your contract is with a seller and not directly with Beezra. This is because we as Beezra is a market place. To explain further, this is similar to the way an arcade owner rents a shop to a retailer, and you buy your merchandise from the retailer. In the same way as at a physical arcade or shopping mall returns and complaints are dealt with by the retailer, not the owner of the arcade. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items listed, nor the truth or accuracy of the listings. However, if you have a significant issue with a seller and have been unable to resolve that with them directly, please contact us for help.
You always have the right not to purchase a product, if you select something and place it in your shopping basket, you have the right to cancel at any time before making payment. If you are unhappy with any provisions of these T’s and C’s, please do not buy.
Membership: When you create an account, your details are kept on our computer systems to allow you the chance to look back at past orders. Our sellers are able to contact you via a messaging system but are not permitted to request off-platform contact details. To protect yourself from spam, misuse of your identity etc you are strongly encouraged not to provide off-platform contact details to sellers. In our experience, those sellers requesting such details will use them for unapproved and inappropriate purposes. Beezra takes no responsibility for identity theft or issues arising should you break this rule.
While minors are welcomed onboard, you are not allowed to purchase product. This is because minors are below the age necessary to enter into a contract. A minor is welcome to choose something and then ask a responsible adult to make the purchase. We shall assume that any transaction paid for via PayPal or payment card has been authorised by a responsible adult because PayPal and credit card accounts are only offered to those considered as responsible adults, ie 18 Yrs+.
You have the right to return items provided you act as follows. You have 14 days from ordering to let the seller know you wish to return the goods. Once your return has been agreed, you must return the product within 14 days. Please do not return goods without a seller’s RMA (returned merchandise authorisation). Do not return goods to the Beezra office, we are not the seller. The RMA number is used to track a returned item and since the RMA also identifies who you are, if it doesn’t have an RMA the seller won’t know who sent it back. Products returned without RMA’s will not be accepted.
Our sellers will refund the cost of outward shipping to you by the cheapest method that was available. If you opted for a premium (express) delivery method, your entitlement to a refund of the shipping element is still the cost of the cheapest method you could have chosen. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
