Enjoy a fantastic outdoor adventure then hit the amazing night life in either Cardiff or Swansea. We can arrange packages for either Cardiff or Swansea with an activity day on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

what our activity day looks like:

your friendly staff instructor will meet you at the location of the activity at 10.30am.

they will explain the activity and day ahead and will issue you with all the kit you need for your adventure.

once you have your wetsuit on you will be given a safety brief for the activity from your friendly instructor that you will have for the day.

after the 10 minutes briefing into the water you go!

you will spend 3 hours in the water scrambling walking and jumping and having a great time.

we return to the meeting point for 2.30pm.

once you have changed, you can head off to your accommodation to recharge ready for your exciting night out ahead of you.
